The Park
The Park is comprised in two parts. One is the central height of the property upon which rises, alligned to the longitudinal axis North of the villa, a broad grassy plane measuring 14,000 square meters, surrounded by trees of remarkable dimensions and diverse biological species like the cedar, the magnolia, the platan, the yew, the chestnut and lime-tree, the giant thuja, the walnut tree, the red beech, the ash tree, the white birch, the Japanese acacia, the redwood, the ginkgo biloba, the spruce and white pine, the Himalayan pine, and the American oak. The plane extends in resemblance to an amphiteater; a majestic scenario for events, exhibitions and concerts.
The other side is the perimetrical belt, at a lower altitude, that circumscribes the plane. It is the historical portion where once vanished typical local essences are reinstated to consitute the Botanical Garden.
Another plane, situated on the northeastern side, on an area that measures 8,000 square meters , can collocate and dispose of tensor outbuildings, structures and mobile stands intended for exhibitions and events, whose supports are supplied by the Villa.
